ソフトウェア・アップデートの通知があったので、いつも通りインストールしたら、途中からバーが進まない！！画面にはEstimating time remaining…の文字が出ている。解決まで、動画を撮っておこう。その後、無事に解決し、何の問題もなく１週間使えているので、以下に動画のスクリーンショットと共に【解決策】をお伝えします。

Estimating time remaining… から、バーが進まない！！
<Bar does not advance>
【01】電源を長押しで、強制終了します。
<Press and hold the power button to force termination>
【02】電源を入れます。そして直ぐに
<Turn on the power>
【03】command と R を同時に押し続けます。
<Immediately after turning on the power, press and hold Command and R at the same time.>
【04】バーが伸び出したら、指を離します。
<When the bar is stretched, release your finger.>
【05】バーが短くなって、また伸び始めます。
<The bar shortens and begins to grow again.>
【06】macOSユーティリティの画面が立ち上がるので、一番下の「ディスクユーティリティ」を選んでクリックします。
<The macOS Utility screen will appear. Select and click “Disk Utility” at the bottom.>
【07】ディスクユーティリティの画面が立ち上がります。

【08】Macintosh HDを選びます。
<Select Macintosh HD.>
【09】First Aid をクリックすると、実行しますか？のアラートが出るので、「実行」をクリックします。
<Click First Aid, then click Run.>

【11】First Aidが終了したら、「完了」をクリックします。
<When the First Aid is finished, click “Done”.>
【12】ディスクユーティリティを終了します。
<Quit Disk Utility.>
【13】再起動します。これで操作は終了です。

【14】再起動後の画面には、41分と出ましたが、実際には20分ぐらいでした。
この後は、いつもの起動画面が出て、無事に復帰できました。
